Procurement Manager
Duties & Responsibilities :
• Management of procurement team responsible for executing purchase request for all company depts.
• Implementing data base for different suppliers in order to make price comparison sheet for different kind of material.
• Price offer negotiation with local and foreign suppliers
• Checking and validating invoices submitted by suppliers with respect to agreed prices, payment terms , respect of delivery dates and agreed contract
• Follow-up of imported material for the account of mobiserve clients. (Orascom Telecom, LACOM).
• Follow up purchase orders and delivery of material to Mobiserve warehouse.
• Monthly reporting of different procurement activities between MobiServe Algeria and Mobiserve Holding Company).
• Monthly Review of inventory with finance and warehouse Dept...
• Studying, analyzing and preparing offers for Mobiserve different clients RFQ’s.
• Responsible of annual company purchasing of an average between 10/15 Million USD.
• Participation in planning company annual budget of an average between 20 / 25 Million USD.
• Set annual budget plan for procurement dept.

Technical Support Manager
Production Support :
• Management of rental payments/Guarding/Electricity bills of 2000 GSM site (MSC, SDH, BSC, BTS & Micro BTS) and installations of legal power for new sites.
• Manage of rental contract for GSM sites.
• Management of GSM sites witnessing abnormalities with other departments until getting the site back to normal performance.
• Management of frame agreements with governmental organizations
(TDA , Air Algérie , Sonelgaz ).
Cost Control :
